Cerdd Dant, cainc gan Gwytherin (Dafydd Huw Delynor), gosodiad Alwena Roberts, geiriau Anna Jones
Geiriau
Mae’r blodau wedi gwthio
O ddyfnder du y tir,
Daeth lliw a llun i’r cloddau
Ar ôl y Gaeaf hir.
Fe graciodd plisg y wyau,
Daeth cân yn ôl i’r coed
A’r gwcw sydd yn canu
Mor eglur ag erioed.
Mae ŵyn bach hy, direidus
Yn rhedeg lawr y bryn,
Mae popeth wedi deffro
Ym mhobman erbyn hyn.
Daeth bywyd newydd eto
I lonni’r ddaear drist:
Goleuni wedi’r t’wyllwch
Fel bywyd Iesu Grist.
Cyfieithiad
The flowers have pushed
From the black depths of the land,
Color and shape came to the banks
After the long Winter.
The eggshells cracked,
Song came back to the trees
And it is the cuckoo that is singing
As clear as ever.
The bold, mischievous little lambs
Run down the hill,
Everything has woken up
Everywhere now.
New life came again
To cheer up the sad earth:
Light after the darkness
Like the life of Jesus Christ.
