Martin Hodson (b. 1945) is a very versatile performer, director and composer, having worked as a conductor, director, vocal coach, accompanist and soloist across all genres of music from oratorio to opera and musical theatre, with recitals broadcast for the BBC.
He directed the Risca Male for 36 years, establishing it as a leading choir in Wales, winning competitions with adventurous programming, before retiring from directing in 2015, though he still sings with them. Many of his published arrangements were for the Risca choir including Sanctus.
